Trapped

Trapped is a free PC shooter created by Wiebo de Wit, developer also behind other freeware games such as Grid Assault and Thrust Extreme.

The plot involves the testing of a portal technology gone terribly wrong, with the player ending on a totally different dimension with hostile creatures trying to destroy your ship. You have to use the cannon to collect and transfer aliens to the portal and fully charge it to complete the stage and jump to another destination. Another unknown destination…

Trapped can be compared to M.A.R.S.: A Ridiculous Shooter or other shooters such as Space Chunks II: Lair of the Chunk Lords, offering some polished gameplay with simple and functional visuals.
